The cover was actually a little understated compared to the plot within. Excellent storyline which flowed all the way through the book.
The main character was believable and extremely human. String, yet moments of frailty that were both believable and perfect in the story telling.
The mystery remained a mystery. Story telling at an extremely high level... as an avid reader of thrillers I was kept guessing until the auther allowed us into the unbelievably clever plot, like fabric unfolding.
Each character was important in his or her right and the detective was used intelligently and cleverly. Using and devoloping the story, the intrigue, through interweaving his character with the others. An extremely well written and thought through book!
