Firstly the cover is great, seems retro, edgy yet modern. I really enjoyed every aspect of this book! The characters, the relationships, the plot, the way it is written. Amazing!
It’s about a group of six teenagers who go on holiday to France for an end of year/ exams holiday. The girl from next door Séverine uses the pool of the farmhouse of which they are staying. It is noticed that on the last day of this holiday that the girl goes missing.
Fast forward 10 years... severines body is found within the well of the farmhouse.
All of the six friends are questioned and characteristics of each person are under speculation. Kate channing seems to be the prime suspect, until one evening it all becomes clear!
