I think I've already said this about a hundred times now, but I don't tend to go for historical fiction. however recently I have been trying to get into the genre and i have to admit that this book is one of the first few that has entice me enough to want to pick it up. I really like its originality and how it involved the growth of a man character. i hope it doesn't drift too much into Alice's and Jacks story, just as I am more interested in Lizzie's.
