Liked the darkness of the cover with the hair blowing in the wind, really showed what was coming - a mystery and a girl and it had me wondering what was to come. The line “she was rescued. But never safe” just gives some suspense that really entices me to know what the book is about. That said, the title “the girl from widow hills” felt kind of repetitive and something that I feel we’ve all heard a million times (gone girl, the girl on the train....) in the crime genre.
