This is the first of Megan Miranda's books that I have read and it most certainly won't be the last. I thought the concept for The Girl from Window Hills was really good - certainly I've never at all considered how impossible it is to properly shed the image of childhood trauma in the eyes of the media even once grown up. I enjoyed the mix of snippets from interviews and newspaper articles between chapters. I felt this gave us a decent look back without too much time devoted to reviewing the events on the day. This is thrilling but east read which has a nice amount of tension and suspense built in to make you keep turning the pages and avoid setting it down before the end! Definitely would recommend.
