I loved the premise of this book!! I think the execution of it could have been done better. For me, sadly, it was too predictable.
There was a turn at the end which I had a feeling might happen so I wasn't fully surprised when it did.
I felt the first half was quite slow and at times I struggled to find the motivation to pick it up however once I got past the 50% mark it did get more interesting and at times it had me scared (I do have an irrational fear of people hiding in my house though)!
I liked the main character, Liv, she is a fighter and a really strong woman. At times I felt she could be a bit too accepting of things going on around her but she was a good protagonist.
On the whole, this wasn't a bad book. Although I found it a bit predictable I did still enjoy the story! I found it quite believable and felt sorry for some of the characters who got caught up in the mess of the situation.
