I was so excited for this book after reading the first few chapters and used my readers first points to guarantee me a copy. I was sure I was going to love it.
The cover is particularly great, very eye catching and really draws you in.
I read the book in a little over a day but I can’t say that I really loved it, I found it to be a very average story and without the wow factor it was billed as having. I couldn’t identify with any of the characters and I felt very dis engaged from the whole book.
I would happily read something else from this author and have indeed read a book of hers in the past and loved it. I guess not all the people like all of the books - please don’t let me put you off, this was just my personal view. There will be thousands more that love it.
