I really loved this book.

At first it seemed to be quite slow going, but it was actually clever story building.

Olivia wakes up when sleepwalking in her front garden standing over a body, with blood on her hands and absolutely no idea what had happened. Her elderly neighbour helps her, and she notices he is always there when she needs him.

From here unravels a 20 year old story, where Olivia, as a child had gone through a traumatic experience which caused her to change her name and start a new life. As a young child she had been swept into a drain and was not found for three days.

But her past had caught up with her in unexpected ways.

There were lots of twists and turns and right to the end I was surprised at 'whodunnit', gleefully suspecting everyone else along the way.

This was a terrifying, fast-paced thriller and I thoroughly recommend it.
