This is the third book by Megan Miranda that I have read.
Whilst I have enjoyed the plots of all three and been pleasantly surprised by the twists at the end, I always feel slightly dissatisfied with the characterisation and pace of the story.
The Girl from Widow Hills has a very original and memorable plot which I very much enjoyed. However, the characters were not fully formed in my mind and consequently I couldn’t really relate to them. I found my attention wandering on several occasions whilst I was reading.
Nevertheless I would recommend this book and will certainly read any future books by this author.
