My first impression of this book is not a good one. Slow to start and relatively dull; the first two chapters have done little to entice me to read on. You're immediately thrown into the end of the story, with a large number of characters who are not introduced or described. The sudden jump back in time, to the perspective of a different character left me confused and bored. I don't feel encouraged to read on.
