After having read the first few chapters I was hooked in to the story and eager to find out what was going on and after having finished this book I would recommend it.
For certain reasons the main character Skye finds herself caught up in a kidnapping plot using her 'psychic powers' to help the police. There are several twists and turns and it keeps you guessing throughout. The narrative goes at a good pace and there was never a time where I wished the story would hurry up so to speak.
Skye is likeable enough though I didn't feel as sympathetic for her at times as I could have done. Her relationships with her mother and best friend could have been fleshed out a bit more too but this didn't really detract from the story.
Overall a good page turner, one for a lazy weekend or the beach perhaps.
