The cover of the book is what made me want to read and find out more about this book. The eerie title and general creepiness was enough for me to read the blurb.
The blurb really had me hooked, it had a little bit of everything i like to see in a book. Deceit, tragedy and suspense.
At the begining of the story, i breezed through the pages, taking in every detail and really getting absorbed into the drama unfolding. Unfortunately the book was rather underwhelming for such a promising begining and wobbly middle.
The finale of the story to me, felt rushed. There were a lot of missing details and loose ends that maybe could have been explained to give a bit more closure to the book.
All in all it was a good story to read but could have had so much more potential.
