I was pleasantly surprised by the beginning of this book. I had expected a simple (but always good and entertaining) thriller-drama-detectivesque read.
But from the beginning, it is clear that this book is written so that it moves your insides just a little bit. I have really enjoyed the considerations on how past-trauma affects our personality years later, and how our experiences are biased by our expectations... It is obvious that the main character in this book is still haunted about her past, and it is sure that for her the world is slightly darker and dangerous. And we can feel her insecurities as she tells us the story
