Took me around 20 pages to really get past the initial vague interest and really get me into the story. And once I was there, there was no putting it down. The story itself is like nothing else and really challenges the expectation one gets at the beginning, but the way Felicity evolves and uncovers everything about the crimes is quite frankly on a different level.

The parallels between her past, which the narrator tried so hard to forget, and the current events, as well a, how she changes during the story as she grows, or as she is just in the middle of things makes everything many times more exciting and easy to follow.

The only downside, I would recommend it to start it on the weekend or when you have free time, I did attempt to read a bit during my lunch break, and now I have to justify why I did nothing during the second part of the day!
