this book is written in the first person text which takes a little getting used to. It is set in Devon and the characters are easy to get involved with. The story flowed easily but I have to admit I kept trying to guess what was going to happen as I read each page but I kept getting it wrong. The author definately leaves you guessing. You'll never imagine what will happen at the end. The story moves between the past and the present and without giving away too much some one mysteriously disappears.There are twists and turns galore trying to find out who the stranger is and why so many years ago a woman was never seen again. Felicity is a great character to get to grips with, you find out why she kept quiet all those years ago and why she now feels she must open up to her past and tell the truth - a gripping book
