The first read looked pretty good, wondering what had held Flick back for over 16 years and would her marriage survive, but just couldn't imagine anyone upping and running back to there home town because another girl went missing.
Took a while to understand which character was which then i found myself scanning the pages to try and get to what happened. I got to chapter 30 yes chapter 30 and still nothing exciting had happened, too much details for somethings that just weren't necessary. I'm sorry but i gave up. I really tried with this one.
Normally a book has to grab me by the first couple of pages but not this one.
So i've no idea if Flick tells her husband everything that went on in her childhood, no idea if they find the missing girl and honestly i'm ok with not knowing.
