I have been desperately hunting for the perfect book to get me in the mood for autumn. This book seems to be exactly what I’ve been looking for. There’s a deep sense of mystery and foreboding intertwined through every page. I loved the vivid imagery and communication between characters that Amanda created. I feel desperate to know more about Nell, Chris, Maude and the house!
