I loved this story of Nell, Maude & this intriguing house. Right from the start, there is an uneasiness about the house and what will, or has, happened there.
The characters of Nell, Maude & Chris are very likeable and the conversations between them are well written as they feel very real - just like a day to day family.
I really liked this book but felt the cover let it down a bit as I don't think I would have picked it up in a bookshop.
