This is just a first impression from the sample.
i love mysteries, especially surrounding families so this really grabbed my attention. The cover most definitely did first though :b
I like the pacing of this book it’s moves quite fast but not too fast, like it doesn’t get boring and feel like a drag which i often find most mystery novels do.
it’s very engaging and easy to read and already i feel like the characters are quite likeable and easy to get along with? like if i where to read the whole thing and see what secrets unravel i think i’d still be on board with all the characters, the writing is very nicely crafted.
I am interested to see how this novel will pan out although it does sometimes read a bit as a YA which i’m not THAT much a of fan of, some are good but some can my a bit corny and this one does have its moments so…
anyways i don’t know what else to say and i need to get this word count complete so this is just yeah
