The setting of this book is fantastic. It’s so spooky and eery.
It’s not a fast paced action packed book but that worked - it set the atmosphere.
The unreliable narrator and supernatural vibes leave you on the edge of your seat and attempting but failing to find the truth amongst the strange goings on.
Absolutely perfect to read in October. But warning, I think this should be read during the day. Turn the lights on and expect feeling too scared to sleep!
