Just the title and the cover alone make you know its going to be a book about an unbelievable adventure. The concept of the book interested me, and if there was a documentary about it, I would probably watch it. However, although the beginning chapter sounded interesting, I probably wouldn't be able to finish the entire book. Straight away there were so many technical references and details which unfortunately went straight over my head. I just couldn't digest all of the information as I am a novice when it comes to climbing. Although I think the story would be really interesting, this just isn't the book for me. Having said this, if climbing / daredevil adventures are your thing, this book seems like it would be right up your street.
