I am sure if you were a climber you would love this book but for me I found it very hard to read and I’m afraid some parts were a little boring, felt like I was just reading words with nothing going in.
There is a lot about the history of climbing and the way that Alex Honnold’s who is according to the book the worlds best free solo climber started off, the way he would tackle each climb and the kind of equipment he started off using and the way it progressed on.
There was a good bit of history about the Yosemite Valley which I did find informative and enjoyed reading.
The book is very well written and I am sure if you are a climber you would really enjoy it but for me I did find it hard going,sorry to say.
