Impossible...
My inital thoughts of the book was that it would mainly revolve around the 'impossible climb'. Whilst it is accounted for, the actual climb takes up less than a third of the book.
It was definitely an interested read, condidering I am not very familiar with climbing. Having said that, I found that some parts of the writing used technical terms which I didn't understand.
A large proportion of the book are anecdotes, describing the author's personal experiences. The are also some nice coloured photographs which adds to the story and visuals, showing how daunting climbing a mountain really is. However, I was a little disappointed with the ending. I did not feel that it created that gripping sense from when I read the blurb.
Overall, a good read with some exciting moments that made me want to read more.
