This looks and sounds the part - a book about acts of heroism in World War Two. The fact that the acts were carried out by women should come as no surprise to us. But these stories have seldom been told. It's a great book, well written about a true story. The detective work that went into uncovering the story is remarkable in itself, so many decades after the events took place.
