This book is a definite must read, I couldn't put it down and had to carry on reading to find out the fate of the nine women who escaped such horrific circumstances. It isn't an easy read by any means, it does contain some brief information about the disturbing methods of torture and abuse that the women suffered at the hands of the Nazis.
I think everyone could benefit from reading this book not only to learn from the mistakes of the past but also the amazing acts of bravery and compassion for others that resulted in the womens escape. It gives you faith that even under the worse circumstances you could imagine that their are those that care and even put themselves at risk to help others.
