Tom, an ex police officer who is in witness protection and living a quiet life, avoiding drawing attention to himself, crosses paths with a teenage girl who is in trouble and needing help after escaping from a convent. The first impression leaves you with lots of unanswered questions. Why is Tom in witness protection and who is he hiding from ? But also where has this mystery girl come from and what exactly has she gotten herself mixed up in? And how will it all affect Tom? I’d love to read more and find out how this all turns out both for the girl and Tom!”
