From the very start the book got into a fair paced narrative. It was thoroughly enjoyable and as intriguing as the book cover and premis promised.
The characters were beautifully woven into the narrative and totally believable. The story unfolded at an enjoyable speed, allowing the reader to savour and explore the possibilities of what might be about to be revealed. The author plays into both history and human emotions when dabbling in witchcraft. An enjoyable book that played with emotions whilst delivering a thriller.
All in all it was a thoroughly good read, plenty of mystery with believable characters and an excellent story. This author certainly deserves the plaudits and i will be actively watching out for his next book!
