An unusual setting and a fascinating historical period

I read a lot of historical crime fiction and I'm very interested in the Tudor period, so this seems like a top book for me. Plus, I'm very intrigued by the fact that some of the action is going to take place in Marrakesh, as it's an unusual setting for a novel set during this period. The opening really hooked me and, aside from wanting to see what Sykes has become embroiled in and how Shelby is going to unravel the mystery, it'll be interesting to see what a Tudor Londoner makes of Morocco.
