What originally drew me to this was the eye-catching cover. It reminded me of a few fantasy books I had read in the past, especially the font. However, after reading the first few chapters, I realize this is more of a historical fiction - which is a genre I tend to not get along with.
Though the first few chapters were captivating and offered a promising plot to hopefully unfold as the book goes on, this still remains to be something I wouldn't necessarily read. But - it may surprise me!
