Lovely cover. I generally like historical fiction and read quite a bit of it but the extract did not grip me as I would have expected. Perhaps because I understand that this is a sequel to another book? Also it seems to be a sort of crime book which is not usually my cup of tea. It however seems to be fairly well written unlike similar books so thumbs up for that.
