I haven't previously read anything by C S Quinn but following the brief peep into the book given I am certainly going to track some of her other novels down.
I love the writing style and then once you consider that in this book she focuses on my favourite genre - historical fiction - in the context of a very intriguing historical period - the French Revolution - I am totally swept in.
Adding the spy story - and a female spy too - creates a freshness to the storyline and definitely leaves me wanting to read more.
A refreshing new author to add to my "Must Read" list.
