Well first time reading a book of this genre and was pleasantly pleasantly surprised! Although I hadn’t read the 1st book I don’t believe it spoils your enjoyment of this, although I would be interested to know the history behind the heroine of the book.
The Characters where entertaining, and The heroine Attica who is strong willed and an assassin is very likeable.
You are transported in time to the French revolution , And Although couldn’t comment on historical accuracy I throughly enjoyed the depiction of the time, with a mixture of fact and fiction with some murderous events its a definite page turner!
The cover is a good representation of the book as is the “blurb” for readers to decide.
