This story immediately interested me from when I did a 'first impression' review on it earlier this year. In all it took me only a few days to read it, as every time I finished a chapter I just wanted to carry on reading...
This is the story of Sarah & Phil and how they come to discover that Lauren (the daughter who they have raised for the last 14 years) isn't their biological daughter at all and instead Rosie, who lives in the south of England is.
I didn't think this would be a story where we would find out how the babies were switched in the hospital (I thought this would be more a story of how two families essentially become one and how they coped with it). I was disappointed to read a chapter towards the end where we discover how the switching took place. This I didn't really like, and I thought the story should have carried on without it. These few pages let the ending of the story down for me, which was otherwise a very good read.
