Despite not being my usual choice of book, i was surprised to find that I really enjoyed this, the ideas presented were interesting and really made me think about what i would do in the families situation.
I found myself trying to work out how i would have handled the dilemmas presented throughout, and if i agreed with what the characters chose to do.
The ending surprises me slightly, and im not sure i could live with the knowledge of the secret, having it eating away at me, allowing the person responsible to get away without a real punishment, but i guess the fear she has to live with is some kind of justice and it may have been the best choice for the two girls.
All in all this book made a nice refreshing change for me and im glad i gave it a chance
