The cover is the first thing that appealed to me, it looks like there is a problem and shows real tension in an everyday situation.
Meeting the 3 characters: Neil, Abi & Mutesi and finding out their current situations, I am intrigued to find their back stories and find answers to all the questions I already have. The atmosphere in the cafe is portrayed so realistically from the description that I can feel the heat and hear the sounds. Tension is building and I want to read more....
