This was my first read by this author and I really don't know why as it was such a good book.
I spend a lot of time in coffee shops people watching and this book really got me thinking how what can be a nice safe environment can in reality be an atmosphere of secrets. I loved finding out the different stories about the characters and it was one of those books that when I put down I was still thinking about the characters lives as I was drawn in so much .
It isn't a happy read if that is what you are after but its thought provoking and realistic and full of twists to keep you engaged. It would make a brilliant film or tv drama series .
A really good read and I will be sure to read more from this author.
