Has strong characters with good, rich background. We learn that there's a physician promising miracles to his patients and their families. Our main character, Nicholas, is set to oversee his work. And apparently there's a conspiracy... All quite exciting, certainly, but I'll be taking a miss on this one. Not really my genre.
