Having travelled to Japan earlier this year and learned about the Samurai and Shoguns through visits to castles and museums this book has instantly appealed to me and my enjoyment of historical fiction. The author has used interesting language that creates a picture that can be followed as the story is being told and I am looking forward to reading on and finding out more.
