I always try to give the first few chapters a go but having read the list of characters and plots from the previous book I almost lost the will to do so. I’m not keen on archaic language and find it much harder to read and did struggle with the this. The hardest part for me though was the sense of negativity thus far, perhaps this will balance out further in the book but I certainly won’t be finding out I’m afraid.
