As soon as I saw this book on readers first I had to read it.
The Turn of Midnight by Minette Walters is the follow up to The Last. I read this book last year and loved it. I am so pleased the author didn't leave it long for the second book.
If you have not read the first book don't worry the author tells you about the story so far. However, I would highly recommend reading the first as it is fabulous.
The story takes you on the journey of Anne and the village. It really is wonderful to see how the characters and relationships develop.
The book has a lovely mixture of characters that you can love and hate. However, you feel lost on the tale as a whole.
I would highly recommend this book and the series.
