The opening is a great scene setter, Robert is using all his decades of experience to bring authenticity to this tale of under hand political shenanigans, twisting anything to fit the agenda of the Westminster MPs and the shadowy figures behind them. This is a very topical book - the current government seems to be embroiled in one shambles after another, and you do wonder what is going on behind the scenes. This book MAY be fiction but I'm sure we can all relate to it - it will be a best seller instantly. The cover shows the shadowy figures leaning in to each other to pass secrets or threats or bribes in the shadows of an ancient classic building in the city - what are they up to? Great cover, great book.
