Always write about what you know is what authors are told and Peston has certainly done that. In the first chapter I thought it was Peston himself who he was describing. It was wasn't but it could have been. If you are interested how Fleet Street works this is for you. It is impossible to judge how the thriller murder plot will work out as yet. Tension there but not invested this time. The politics spoiled It for me.
