I think this book is completely different to any other book I've ever read. It completely changes how you think about words and language and how we use them. The translator has done a good job of putting this into English and it still making sense.
It is a quite confusing and complex book at times and I do think you need to concentrate when you are reading it. Which I guess is probably the point of the book. However I do think that this style wouldn't be for everyone as its not the easiest read.
I'm glad that the ending completed the story so well, it was actually a happy ending when the majority of the story seemed quite hopeless.
I liked the few illustrations in it, they were well done and complemented the story. I like the cover, the colours used are good and fit with the story. I also like that there is the bookmark in the book, that is a very useful addition.
