The book didn’t really hook me in from the start I don’t know it probably is because this isn’t one of my favourite genres and what unique names the author uses I mean Deaf and word I mean I got confused when I read the first line but when i read more in understood more. anyways, overall I like how it is written I also like the cover of the book and I also enjoyed reading the prologue. I also loved the writes use of descriptive imagery it really helped me image and picture it in my head which I enjoy when reading and if a book can do that for me then it must be a good book but I just think it could have been a bit more hooking at the start so that I would’ve be bored but that also could be because of my personality because I don’t like it when I watch or read the start of something however, when I push my self to read more or watch more that’s when I get hooked in and that’s probably what the book would’ve done for me.
