The title was what drew me in first. Absolutely love everything to do with language and words i have never heard before or never used in a sentence. The whole premise behind this book is about about a word that is no longer used, which is basically the ideal book for me. It seems quite mysterious so i dont know exactly what to expect but definitely looking forward to it.
the cover also looks really lovely and cosy, another reason why it drew me in. I believe it goes well with the title. Lovely neutral colours which are always a bonus. I would definitely suggest editing the blurb, could try and be a little bit more catchy for those who need to know what they are getting into beforehand and do not like surprises. I on the other hand love a good surprise.
If you're someone who is into linguistics and reads the dictionary for fun, then definitely go ahead and pick this up.
