A little more of the book is needed to make up my mind on this one. The sections given seem disjointed although I am sure this will change through the course of the story.
The stage for the 2 characters is set well with hints of personal traumas/challenges providing points of interest and a foundation for deeper emotional stories later in the book.
It seems like an attempt at a modern remake of Thelma and Louise with a little more modern day drama.
The trials of a modern day woman and the temptation to run away from it all seem central to this story of friendship and self discovery.
