The front cover is lovely, it has such Summer vibes and makes me want to go on a road trip myself. When I read the first impression I thought the writing was great and it was short and fast paced. I had wanted to learn more about Thea and Denise because they were polar opposites. I wanted to see how their road trip panned out as it sounded exciting.

However, I took two tries before I could finish the book, the ending feel a bit rushed. Personally I had lost interest after a third of the book as I thought the plot was very slow and it fell flat. I wasn't particularly invested in Thea or Denise and it wasn't what I was expecting as I think I was hoping for more.

Saying that, Thea and Denise were encountering real life situations and if you don't mind a slow read that's not really a page turner but love to peek into someone's life then this is the book for you.
