One last hurrah before the end! What I wouldn't give to be able to go and travel around for a while and leave all the mundane chores and routines behind! I can keep dreaming I guess!
Thea's losing a long battle with her daughter, fighting with her ex husband over custody and now has been hit with the news that her cancer has come back.
Denise is bored with her life. Her kids just want feeding and their laundry done and her husband has forgotten what romance is.
Thea's after one last hurrah before giving up and Denise, not knowing the full story, is happy to go along for the ride. Tattoo Parlours, rage rooms and more are on the agenda with no end in sight. Their unlikely friendship builds, bringing the best out of each other and also sharing their deepest and darkest secrets. When questioned "what to do now", surely the answer can only be "keep going?"
Fantastic read, highly recommend!
