I loved this first impression - the cover is colourful and eye-catching, and the writing draws you in immediately. I enjoyed how, in the first chapter, the characters all appeared to be holding their breath, waiting for something to happen. It made me question where the story will go, and what the Princess has done to earn the contempt of her brother (if anything - he does appear to be a villain!). I love The Wind, I thought it added magic to the story.
