Loved this book, I still get sucked in by these YA books, at first after reading the description I wasn't to keen but someone bought it me so I thought I would give it a go. I was pleasantly surprised.
Alyrra is a princess 👸 her father has died and she is left with a horrible brother and mother.
She doesn't really care about being a princess and just wants to escape from them.
Along turns up and promises her marriage and a future on another land and she accepts.
She actually ends up being the castles goose girl. A nice fairytale story. A good read for very young adults and even young at heart adults.
